 COVID-19 Notice

Update March 2021: 

We continue to make excellent progress with our vaccine programme, which is being held at the KC Stadium.

Our PCN is currently vaccinating cohorts 1-9 which includes patients aged over 50 or who have an underlying health condition.

Any patients who have already had their first vaccine, will shortly be receiving an invite for their second dose.

In order to reduce the risk of the spreading of viruses such as COVID-19, Wolseley Medical Centre is now operating a full telephone triage service to all patients. Please DO NOT attend the surgery unless you have spoken to a member of staff on the phone first, and have received instructions to visit the practice.

This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.

Access

Our surgery has been designed to accommodate disabled patients and those with pushchairs. The doors and corridors are wider, there are toilets with low utilities and there is also a lift to gain access the upstairs facilities if necessary.
